This Board-Certified Behavior Analyst position offers a hybrid schedule supporting center and in-home clients, with services designed to integrate direct therapy and support services for children with Autism. You will collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and leadership to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes. This is more than ABA-our BCBA team works together to improve continuity of care and elevate the standard of Autism services in our community.

To qualify, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with at least three years of experience and a passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development. Our service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional Saturday hours, supporting consistency while allowing flexibility across service settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact.

Hybrid work environment supporting center-based and in-home services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a strong mentorship and professional development focus. As a growing second-year company, All Together Autism is actively expanding and preparing for center-based and home care operations in 2026.
