• Meet sales and company objectives.
• Follow the America’s Best "Code of Excellence" and create a warm, welcoming environment.

• Teach customers to insert and remove contact lenses.
• Educate clients on proper eyewear and lens care.
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records.
• Adhere to builder visual merchandising standards.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians, when permitted by law.

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• State optician license.
• Strong sales skills to meet store and self‑sales targets.
