Raleigh Radiology is seeking a strategic, driven, and hands‑on Executive Director of Operations to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives across our imaging centers, hospital partnerships, and physician scheduling. This high‑impact leadership role combines strategic vision with operational excellence — ensuring exceptional patient care, team performance, and organizational success.

The Executive Director of Operations oversees the day‑to‑day and long‑term operational strategy for Raleigh Radiology’s outpatient imaging centers and hospital partnerships. This leader will collaborate closely with the CEO, radiologists, partners, and department heads to build efficient, high‑quality systems that enhance both patient and provider experiences.

• Imaging Center Operations (50%): drive operational strategy and consistency across all imaging centers. Optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and enhance the patient experience through measurable performance improvements.
• Hospital Operations (30%): partner with hospital leadership to align goals, streamline operations, and implement quality and performance initiatives that strengthen collaboration and outcomes.
• Physician Scheduling (20%): oversee scheduling systems to ensure equitable coverage, efficiency, and seamless access to patient care.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in driving change, efficiency, and results across multiple locations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience in healthcare management, ideally in imaging or hospital environments. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and process improvement.

This position is 100% on‑site and requires mandatory travel between Raleigh Radiology’s various locations and hospital partners. The Executive Director of Operations is expected to maintain a visible, hands‑on presence to effectively lead teams, troubleshoot challenges, and drive results.
