Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician supporting our NC region centers. Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We are seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.
Job Details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts varied within operating hours of 7am-7pm.

- Provide comprehensive patient care:
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort. - Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:
Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. - Support operational efficiency:
Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. - Extensive regional travel:
This position primarily covers Cary with the ability to travel to other area centers on short notice. Reliable transportation is required.
- Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, plus significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles. - Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience. - Technical & Clinical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (Advanced
MD and Salesforce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills required. - Travel & Logistics:
Ability to travel to all centers in the region. Reliable personal transportation is mandatory. - Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
