Our outpatient practice setting focuses on commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. In addition to medication management and therapy, we also provide TMS and Spravato services in certain locations.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health areas
• Utilize EHR and technology platforms within the role

• Active license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in the state of delivering care
