Overview
We are seeking a PRN FEES-trained Speech-Language Pathologist to provide mobile dysphagia assessments and therapy in various settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health.
Responsibilities- Conduct FEES evaluations and develop personalized swallowing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and caregivers.
- Maintain infection control standards and accurately document care using EMR.
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NC licensure, CCC-SLP, and at least 2 years of dysphagia experience, with FEES training and independent practice experience preferred.
