We are seeking a dynamic Chief Medical Officer to lead the clinical strategy for an innovative injectable neurotoxin platform, focusing on aesthetic applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design and execution of Phase II/III global clinical trials while serving as the primary medical interface with the FDA. Your expertise will be crucial in defining clinical endpoints, safety strategies, and benefit‑risk assessments in line with our regulatory and commercial goals.

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators in aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery. You will also oversee medical affairs strategy, scientific communications, and the organization of advisory boards. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent, along with a proven record of leading late‑stage clinical programs to FDA approval. A deep understanding of injectable aesthetics, neurotoxins, or closely related therapeutic fields is essential, complemented by prior senior medical leadership experience.

This role requires strong FDA engagement experience, credibility with external stakeholders, and established connections within the U.S. and global aesthetics community. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned medical leader from a global aesthetic‑focused organization, prepared to take full ownership of the asset and influence its journey from late‑stage development to market.
