Position summary:
This territory covers GA, SC, NC, TN, KY, WV, Southern Ohio. Extensive travel required. The candidate should reside in GA or NC. Oncology Nursing, Oncology Pharmacy Tech, Oncology Sales experience preferred.
- Consistently drives the sales number in Closed System Transfer Devices.
- Maintains and grows current sales of OnGuard and assigned Closed system transfer devices to meet corporate growth objectives.
- Calls on Pharmacists, Hospital Administrators, Materials Managers, Nurses and other decision makers in the sales process.

B. Braun sales representatives regarding positioning
B. Braun Closed System Transfer Devices. - Works with varying Hospital Care sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process.

- Judgment is required in resolving day-to-day problems.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers; occasional external contractors/vendors.
- Frequent business travel required; valid driver's license and passport.
- Proven track record of sales success spanning multiple states is necessary.
- Successful candidates should anticipate being on the road overnight 50-75% of the time.
Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years related experience required.
- Frequent overnight business travel (domestic).
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile registration and insurance.
While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear; may use hands to handle or feel; occasionally stand and walk; may lift up to 30 pounds.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus incentive compensation. The compensation range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, licensure, and other business needs. Geographic differentials and final decisions depend on the specifics of each case.
Additional RequirementsThis position may require registration with a vendor credentialing organization and adherence to vaccination requirements as determined by healthcare customers.
