Life Enrichment Assistant (FT) – Kisco Senior Living
The Life Enrichment Assistant at Kisco Senior Living is responsible for implementing and supporting aspects of the community’s Art of Living Well philosophy, engaging residents through classes, events, and transportation support, and promoting a healthy, activity-enriched lifestyle for residents and staff.
Schedule & CompensationSchedule: Full Time Sunday - Thursday 9am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Some driving responsibilities*
Responsibilities- Assist Life Enrichment Director in presenting programs that meet residents’ emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, and vocational needs.
- Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Art of Living Well programs.
- Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate.
- Monitor residents’ well‑being and report any changes to the appropriate associate/department immediately.
- Assist residents with requests or coordinate assistance.
- Learn resident preferences to provide exemplary customer service and exceed expectations.
- Implement a variety of group and individual Art of Living Well programs meeting varying needs.
- Respond individually to meet residents’ enrichment needs based on activity level, acuity, interests, and feedback.
- Work with volunteers and community groups to implement programs and events.
- Assist in setting up/tearing down Life Enrichment and community events.
- Collaborate within the department and across the community.
- Perform function ability assessments and quality‑of‑life indexes as requested.
- Assist with scheduling transportation and drive vehicles as necessary.
- Support open and honest communication among associates.
- Represent the company and The Art of Living Well daily.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, grooming, proper uniform, and name tag.
- Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues immediately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all regulations, laws, and company standards, including the Associate Handbook.
- Support the community sales process.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- High school graduate.
- One to two years of experience in Life Enrichment programs (preferably with seniors).
- Background in different dimensions of Art of Living Well is beneficial.
- Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office and other custom applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Special Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of good driving record.
- Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within a reasonable time.
- First Aid Certification.
