Cardiovascular Sonographer CV Testing

Overview

The Cardiovascular Testing department uses state-of-the-art equipment to perform both normal and abnormal cardiovascular anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology. The Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer must demonstrate proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the cardiovascular system at multiple ambulatory locations. Proficiency must be in accordance with established guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. The Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer will understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values and management of the division of Cardiovascular Services.

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required;
And Registered Vascular Technologist Required or Registered Vascular Specialist Required;
And Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required

Graduate Cardiac Ultrasound Required;
Graduate Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound Required or Associate’s Degree Cardiovascular Sonography Required
