Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) to join the Emerge Ortho team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raleigh, NC focusing on spine surgery. The PA-C will provide direct patient care by performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families. Additional responsibilities include assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
• Experience in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging
• Skilled in assisting with medical procedures and ensuring accurate documentation
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Knowledge of orthopedic, spine, and pain management care practices
• Active certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in North Carolina
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers
• Additional experience in advanced musculoskeletal or surgical procedures is a plus
