Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OB Coordinator to join our team. The OB Coordinator will play a vital role in managing obstetric education, patient triage, ensuring seamless communication between staff and patients, and supporting clinical workflows. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while developing professional skills in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting maternal health services.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff regarding OB services.
- Assist with patient intake processes, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
- Support clinical staff by managing documentation, preparing necessary materials, and facilitating communication between patients,providers and staff.
- Assist with patient phone triage
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies related to obstetric care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Prior experience in healthcare administration, medical office coordination, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, clinical staff, and management.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures or maternal health services.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times. This role is essential for supporting exceptional obstetric care, education and patient triage. We welcome candidates committed to improving patient healthcare experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,523.14 - $70,479.48 per year
