Responsibilities
- Encompasses responsibility for administering respiratory care within the scope their scope of practice under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, advanced airway management, arterial puncture and analysis, electrocardiograms and mechanical ventilation of adult, geriatric and neonatal patients.
- The therapist plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of therapy, with communication to the physician and health care team.

Licensure- Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - And NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required
- (Adult) Basic Life Support Required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required.
- (Neonatal/Peds) Basic Life Support Required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Required.
- Must have all at time of hire
Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Required
Experience
1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy In Clinical - Emergency/Trauma Preferred
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - And NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required
- (Adult) Basic Life Support Required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required.
- (Neonatal/Peds) Basic Life Support Required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Required.
