Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

About Our Agency

Always Best Care Senior Services is a leading senior care franchise organization, dedicated to providing quality in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/PCAs/CNAs to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This individual contributor role will provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care for our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

This is a part‑time position with an hourly pay range of $16 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly. Same‑day pay is also available! Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands
  • Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
  • Maintain clients' safety and well‑being at all times
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a caregiver or PCA required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job
  • Negative TB test
  • Pass criminal background, drug test, and reference checks
  • Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities
