Golden Harmony Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care agency founded by Jen Stengl, whose personal experience caring for her own mother helped her to understand care and compassion on a much deeper level. We are seeking individuals who love working with the seniors who are passionate about carrying out our mission of Promoting Independence, Meaningful Engagement and Enriching Lives. • Engage the client in activities and conversation that enrich their life.
• Encourage light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving.
• Remind the client to take medications.
• Tidying up the house to keep the environment clean and enjoyable for the client.
• Preparing snacks and light meals for the client to enjoy during your visit.
• Transportation to medical appointments, errands, and fun outings.

• Experience:
  
  If you love seniors or have experience caring for older adults, we’d love to talk to you.
• Skills:
  
  We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate and service minded. Experience providing assistance with cooking, light housekeeping, transportation, engagement in activities.
• Characteristics:
  You’re a great candidate if you love spending time with seniors and enriching lives. This is an autonomous position, so self-motivation and a willingness to learn is key to success.

• Competitive Pay:
  We start our caregivers at $18 per hour.
