EastPoint Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator to help with administrative duties in our office in Raleigh, NC.
At EastPoint Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. our clinical team along with our administrative staff and technicians are working every day to empower individuals to live independently. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers to access to care. Our mobile model of service allows our clinicians to meet patients where they are - in their homes, clinic, etc.

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- You have a proven history of strong administrative skills preferably in a DME/medical/hospital setting.
- You have EMR and scheduling experience (preferred).
- You have a professional and service-oriented approach to dealing with the needs of patients, staff, and others.
- You are self-motivated and take ownership of your role.
- You have a professional attitude.
- You are detail-oriented.
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a fast-paced office environment
- Answering phones.
- Obtaining patient demographics, insurance coverage, and other pertinent information.
- Scheduling.
- Shipping and Receiving.
- Maintaining Office.
- Maintaining patient records in our EMR system.
- Assist team members as needed.
