Wake Radiology is the Triangle’s largest outpatient imaging provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced technology, highly skilled staff, and compassionate service. Join our team as a full‑time MRI Scheduler.

Position Summary

The MRI Scheduler ensures patients receive timely and accurate scheduling for imaging exams across all Wake Radiology locations. This onsite position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

Full‑time, onsite. Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule MRI and other imaging procedures for patients across multiple offices.
  • Communicate courteously with patients and physician office staff to coordinate appointments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Manage a high volume of scheduling requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to support scheduling needs and departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience required; radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.
