Commitment incentive: $5,000

Equal payments will be made to the teammate at the sixth (6) month, twelfth (12) month, and twenty-four (24) month work through dates during a two (2) year work commitment.

• None required as long as all other position requirements are met.

• Nursing Assistant I with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Prefer Nursing Assistant experience in clinical specialty
