Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Overview

All Together Autism is reimagining the autism industry. Be part of a new adventure and recreate the role of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for families on the autism journey. We provide child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination. The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

You will implement personalized behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. This is a full-time role with compensation range of $22 to $28 per hour.

• Provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience working as an RBT in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and a mobile phone and be willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
• Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking a plus.

• Hourly: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour;
  Full Time and part time positions available.
• Retention Bonus of $500 at six (6) months of employment and $500 at twelve (12) months of employment.
