We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication, and confidence. We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client in Raleigh, NC (27617).
This role works Tuesday–Friday from 9:30am–2:00pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
- Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and document session data
- Support communication, social, and daily-living skill development
- Assist with behavior-reduction strategies
- Collaborate with caregivers and the BCBA
- Participate in supervision and professional development
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
- Bilingual — fluent in English & Spanish — required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Raleigh (27617)
- Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- Pay range: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience & certification)
