All About Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Natural Environment team in the Raleigh‑Durham area. This is not a virtual or telehealth position; therapists must be located in the Raleigh‑Durham area and able to provide in‑person services in community‑based settings. The role is designed for pediatric therapists who enjoy working directly with children and families in their everyday environments.

We serve a wide range of diagnoses and abilities and place a strong emphasis on collaboration with families, educators, and community partners to help each child reach their fullest potential.
Natural Environment FocusNatural Environment therapists work closely with caregivers in homes, daycares, preschools, and community settings to support functional progress where children live, learn, and play.
Essential Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and standardized assessments in natural environments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental needs and daily routines
- Provide one‑on‑one occupational therapy services in homes, daycares, preschools, and other community‑based settings
- Utilize play‑based, functional, and evidence‑informed interventions within real‑life contexts
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time
- Partner closely with caregivers to provide education, coaching, and home programming strategies
- Communicate with families, care teams, and All About Therapy administrative staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliant documentation aligned with payer, CDSA (when applicable), and organizational standards
- Stay in close communication with the AAT office regarding scheduling, attendance, and continuity of care
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience conducting pediatric OT evaluations and treatment
- Minimum of one (1) year of pediatrics experience
- Ability to deliver therapy effectively in a child's natural environment
- Strong time management, organization, and independent decision‑making skills
- Clear, professional communication with families and care teams
- One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home‑based, or community‑based pediatric settings
- Experience working with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
- Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows
- Therapist‑led practice with experienced clinical leadership
