Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements- Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. - Certificate/License:
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's. - Experience:
Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
