Kind Behavioral Health is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians with experience working with a variety of ages and behaviors in the ABA space. We are seeking motivated, compassionate candidates who are eager to learn. We utilize a two-tiered model of service that allows for highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct services while BCBAs oversee and manage the clinical program.

Our team of Behavior Technicians works one on one with kids diagnosed with Autism to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). They help a child acquire new skills utilizing teaching procedures rooted in science and creating learning environments that are exciting, fun, and motivating. They will also be responsible for providing feedback and collecting data as it relates to the program established for each client.

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism to implement goals overseen by a BCBA
• Provide feedback and collect data related to the client’s program
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to service delivery

• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• Previous experience working with children; experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities strongly preferred
• High school diploma; college degree preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to commute to and from client homes and/or clinics within 30 minutes in each direction
• Ability and willingness to assist clients with toilet training/needs
• Attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client
• Must be able to walk and stand for 75% of the workday
• Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Must be able to move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with clients
