As a proud Aveda Network Salon, we blend plant-powered science with our own holistic approach to beauty. Our second location, Locstyle South, is our intimate, boutique studio—a hub for creativity, community, and exceptional client care.

We are seeking more than a stylist; we are looking for a Studio Lead Stylist & Team Leader to helm our Locstyle South location. This is a career-defining opportunity for a passionate stylist with leadership qualities to step into a management role. You will be the on-the-ground leader, responsible for nurturing a small, talented team and upholding the unparalleled standard of excellence that defines the Loclife brand.

• A licensed Cosmetologist or Natural Hair Specialist with a proven track record in natural hair, locs, and textured hair styling.
• A natural leader and motivator, eager to mentor 2-3 stylists and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• A brand ambassador who embodies our values of holistic care, education, and client connection.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are ready to move beyond the chair and build something of your own within an established, respected brand.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  Mentor, coach, and manage a team of 2-3 stylists, conducting regular check-ins and fostering a positive, growth-oriented studio culture.
• Brand Stewardship:
  Act as the face of Loclife at the South location, ensuring every client interaction and service delivered meets our high standards of quality and care.
• Operational Excellence:
  Work closely with the Brand & Operations Manager to manage day-to-day studio operations, from inventory to client experience flow.
• Business Growth:
  Drive retail sales, help implement marketing initiatives, and contribute to the location's growth and profitability.
