This is a contract hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Raleigh, NC, with the potential for remote work. The CFO will oversee and manage financial forecasts, develop and analyze financial statements, handle financial reporting, and perform strategic decision-making to ensure the company's financial health.

Additional duties include collaborating with leadership to establish financial goals, optimizing budget processes, and providing insights derived from financial analysis to support long-term company objectives.

• Experienced in Financial Planning and Finance, with strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to gather insights and make data-driven decisions
• Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies is highly valued
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
