Within a clinical trial, recruiting patients to participate is frequently the most difficult and time‑consuming activity. Auto Cruitment has developed a targeted, direct‑to‑patient online marketing platform to recruit, screen, and refer patients for clinical trials and specialty procedures.
Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst supports Auto Cruitment’s financial performance and operational effectiveness through financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and project‑level financial management. This role partners with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to monitor performance, evaluate business opportunities, and improve financial visibility across the organization. Both strategic and tactical, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the resolution of issues through detailed root cause analyses.
This role will play a key role in translating financial and operational data into insights that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Modeling & Forecasting
: build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections to assess business performance and future outcomes - Revenue & Project Performance Management
: track project financials, backlog, and digital marketing ROI to monitor profitability and growth opportunities - Pricing and Commercial Support
: provides analytical and financial review support for pricing to ensure margin discipline - Business Partnership
: collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to support revenue targets, performance monitoring, and financial initiatives - Process Improvement & Automation
: improve and automate financial reporting, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and data accuracy
- Perform monthly budget vs. actual analyses on financial statements, identify variances, and clearly communicate key drivers
- Review and validate financial models for revenue, backlog, and project performance to ensure mathematical accuracy, logical consistency, and proper assumptions
- Maintain accurate backlog reporting and monitor macro backlog trends
- Prepare project profitability report and analyze variances from budget
- Review pricing models for new contracts and change orders to ensure accuracy, margin integrity, and consistency with pricing frameworks
- Audit internal financial and operational reports for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare daily, weekly, and ad‑hoc financial and performance reports for executive leadership
- Improve and automate processes using Salesforce, Net Suite, and internal tools
- Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure timely completion of project‑related financial activities
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field required
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, FP&A, or related roles
- Experience partnering cross‑functionally to support revenue and operational outcomes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Experience supporting executive‑level reporting and decision making
