Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LP2) – Pre-Approval & Pipeline Specialist

We are a relationship-driven, high-performing mortgage team committed to delivering a concierge-level experience to clients and Realtor partners. Our goal is to close $200 million in annual volume by 2031, and we are building the right team to make that happen.
We are hiring a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LP2) to work directly alongside our leadership team and Team Captain. This is a key, client-facing role focused on pre-approvals, communication, and pipeline execution.

- Active NMLS license
- 5+ years in mortgage processing, underwriting, LOA, or origination
- Strong knowledge of agency guidelines and major LOS platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
