Overview: EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) is dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Join our team to tackle complex challenges, support clients, and enhance your expertise as a seasonal tax senior. You will prepare first and second level reviews of tax returns for partnerships, providing timely and accurate work in a high‑performing tax team.
Your
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize work across multiple complex projects with a strategic eye.
- Influence and question existing processes with confidence and curiosity.
- Review K‑1 extraction data and footnotes, and analyze federal and state partnership tax returns.
- Understand taxable income allocations.
- Handle corporate tax extension requests for corporate tax returns.
- Produce technical writing and research in a tax context.
- Work comfortably in a remote virtual team environment.
Skills And Attributes For Success:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
- Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Knowledge of partnership tax technical and transactional skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Proven record of excellence in public accounting at a top or mid‑tier firm.
- Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds (preferred).
What We Offer: The salary range for this position across the US is $60/hr to $90/hr additional benefits include flexible environment, world‑class experiences, and a diverse and inclusive culture.
