About the Role
As the Vice President of ESOP Advisory Services, you will take charge of managing intricate ESOP transactions from the moment clients engage until the successful closing. Your role will involve advising clients on ownership transition strategies, valuations, capital structures, and execution planning. You will be responsible for performing advanced financial modeling, conducting thorough due diligence, and delivering detailed analyses to support transaction structuring.
Your ability to develop and present high-quality materials that clearly communicate strategic recommendations will be essential. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be a key component of your success, as you serve as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle. Collaboration with senior leadership to enhance service offerings and contributing to business development initiatives to grow our practice are also part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you will provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members while coordinating multidisciplinary deal teams and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen our presence in the ESOP advisory market.
We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESOP transaction advisory, who possess a solid understanding of ESOP structures, valuation methodologies, and the transaction process. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, and an advanced degree (such as an MBA) or professional designation (e.g., CFA) is highly preferred.
