As a financial services and digital‑asset investment firm, GSA specializes in fast, secure, and compliant over‑the‑counter (OTC) transactions for crypto and digital assets. We are dedicated to helping clients, institutions, and high‑net‑worth individuals purchase, transfer, and manage digital assets efficiently, with a strong focus on speed, security, low transaction costs, and operational discretion.

• Conducting variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance
• Performing tax research and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with partners on partnership taxation strategies
• Developing financial plans and conducting financial forecasting

• Experience in public accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills
• Ability to prepare income tax returns and ensure tax compliance
• Experience in corporate finance and treasury operations

• Proficiency in financial modeling and audit support
• Knowledge of corporate tax regulations and cost accounting principles
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Enrolled Agent (EA)
