Position OverviewAs a Treasury Analyst you will support forecasting and analysis of Atlas’ funding structures, optimize balance sheet and liquidity resources, and produce Excel models & PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities- Establish and run a regular bank reconciliation process to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Atlas on a consolidated basis.
- Support production of daily reports and models required by Atlas’ leverage providers.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly senior‑level overviews, writing variance commentaries that articulate total balance sheet trend, net funding, and liquidity usage.
- Improve forecasting process efficiency and implement proper controls.
- Handle ad‑hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives, and materials for senior‑level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles.
- Familiarity with balance sheet products and securitization core lines of business.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Results oriented, able to learn and adapt to automation tools, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Base salary range $70,000.00‑$90,000.00. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and firm performance.
