The Vice President, Investment Banking - ESOP Advisory will be responsible for managing complex ESOP transactions from initial client engagement through to successful closing, which includes advising clients on ownership transition strategies, valuation, capital structure, and execution planning. You will oversee and perform advanced financial modeling, due diligence, and detailed analysis to support transaction structuring, and you ll develop and deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables that communicate strategic recommendations.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, as you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle, collaborate with internal senior leadership to enhance service offerings, and contribute to business development efforts to grow the practice. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members, coordinate multidisciplinary deal teams, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen the firm s position in the ESOP advisory market.

Candidates should have significant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESOP/transaction advisory, with a solid understanding of ESOP structures, valuation methodologies, and the transaction process. A bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, and an advanced degree (such as an MBA) or professional credential (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable. You must possess exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proven project and client-relationship management expertise.

Leadership experience is also essential for success in this role.
