Company OverviewCollision Partners (“CP”) is building the premier collision‑repair platform in the United States by partnering with best‑in‑class independent operators who share an uncompromising commitment to quality, safety, and people. Our mission is to deliver the industry’s highest‑quality, safest repairs while being its most desired employer.
We operate under a “Local at Scale” philosophy: preserving the brands, cultures, and legacies of exceptional local businesses while providing the capital, infrastructure, and shared capabilities needed to scale responsibly. At CP, quality is not a differentiator – it is a requirement. We believe long‑term value is created through disciplined growth, rigorous capital allocation, and alignment with high‑integrity partners.
Role SummaryCP is seeking a highly reliable, detail‑oriented Associate, Accounting Operations to support the day-to-day financial engine of our growing collision repair platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely flow of financial information across the platform by managing the core accounting workflows that support it, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on accuracy, consistency, and operational discipline. The Accounting Operations Associate will ensure that transactions are recorded correctly, vendors and employees are paid on time, and financial data is clean, well‑supported, and ready for management reporting, audits, and platform‑level financial oversight. You will work closely with CP’s finance leadership, shop operators, and external partners to keep financial operations aligned as the company scales.
This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in building order out of complexity, enjoys being the person others rely on to “keep the wheels turning,” and values doing things the right way over taking shortcuts.

We are building something enduring and expect our team to uphold exceptionally high standards.
