What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, and Trust Officer—FCW, including documentation and reports.
- Initiate account distributions and transactions per dual control requirements.
- Track daily activities in partnership with Capital Advisory Services (CIAS).
- Act as liaison between officers, clients, and third-party vendors (CIC, CIAS, BNY Mellon, HWA International).
- Process client requests for account maintenance and advanced assistance.
- Assist with reconciliation of Wealth-associated internal accounts/General Ledgers and complete monthly wires/ACH for management fees.
- Support internal bank reporting and daily reconciliation of custody reports.
- Draft and maintain departmental procedures; assist with training on Wealth services.
- Support compliance and audits, both internal and external.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures in a constantly changing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Trust and Wealth Management, Finance, Business Administration, or similar; OR six years’ administrative experience in trust/investment or banking (wealth, trust, or finance).
- Interest in financial and fiduciary solutions.
- Attention to detail and organization; ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
- Problem solving skills; self-motivated and service oriented.
- Preferred: At least 2 years’ trust/wealth administration experience; prior Trust Accounting Software experience; database management experience; understanding of Bank/Trust regulations.
