At PwC, our tax professionals advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, ensuring compliance with tax laws while optimizing tax positions. The Corporate Tax Manager will analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, manage client service accounts, and lead teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coach teams to deliver top‑quality tax services
- Manage client service accounts and engagement work streams
- Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex problems
- Leverage technical knowledge and industry insights to serve clients
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain deliverables that meet client and firm standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- CPA or other tax, technology, or finance credentials (preferred)
- Experience as a tax technical business advisor
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with large, complex data sets
- Use of digitization tools to reduce hours
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements
- Ability to provide pricing strategy insights
Salary range: $99,000 - $266,000, varying by skills, experience, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
