Guest Experience Associate - Battle & Birdie

Hourly Rate: $14 per hour (Guarantee $16 per hour with tips)

Job Location: 7407 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615

Availability: Flexible hours and availability to work Saturdays

Eligibility Requirement:

• All applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for this position.

• Greet & Check-In: Welcome guests with a smile and check them in. A positive attitude is essential for the adventure that awaits them!
• Battle & Birdie Support: Assist with birthday and corporate events—help set up, serve food, and celebrate like it's your birthday too. You bring the energy; we’ll provide the confetti.
• Food & Beverage: Prepare and serve a delightful selection of menu items and beverages, including specialty drinks from our full bar and an impressive array of delicious food options. This is your chance to enhance the guest experience with tasty offerings and friendly service!
• Tactical Laser Tag Operations: Set the scene for thrilling battles by explaining game rules, helping guest gear up, and facilitating the immersive laser tag experience like a pro. You're part tech guide, part game master, and 100% the reason guests leave saying, "That was epic!"
• Cleanliness & Safety: Keep everything clean, safe, and guest-ready. A tidy arena is the secret to a phenomenal day of gaming and fun.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Be the ultimate team player. Collaborate to keep the vibe fun, fast, and functional—no mulligans needed.

• A friendly, welcoming personality who knows how to communicate, “You’re about to have the best time ever.”
• Previous experience in customer service, food, or entertainment? Awesome! Preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy setting (think carrying drinks while dodging laser beams).
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. We don’t skip leg day around here.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
