Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. They deliver excellent guest service by maintaining quality food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be available to work varied hours and days, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

A typical day involves welcoming guests, preparing bagels and beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring food quality, and providing friendly customer service. Team Members may also support shift leaders and pursue career growth within the company.
