Bilingual Mandarin Project Manager

Locations: (priority) North Carolina;
Texas

Applicants must be open to long‑term out‑of‑state travel and to be on‑site where the project is located. For every 90 days worked on the project, employees are entitled to 5 days of paid home leave, including coverage of transportation costs for the 5‑day leave period.

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate with various departments and external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct risk assessment and management
• Act as the external representative of the project and participate in key decision‑making

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
• Extensive experience in industrial project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willing to accept long‑term out‑of‑state travel
• Experience with industrial EPC projects is highly preferred
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is highly preferred - This job may required to communicated with Mandarin speaking team.
• Candidates must have experience working on industrial projects, specifically in manufacturing factories for semiconductors, electronics, or batteries.
