Job description
- Design & drafting including translating field data into AutoCAD & GIS deliverables
- Produce as-built fiber layouts, splice schematics & pathway profiles
- Maintain and update GIS / CAD databases
- Provide OSP design & construction oversight
- Perform fiber splicing, troubleshooting & inspections
- Conduct route rides / walks to verify conduit, handholes, aerial placements
- Handle easement documentation and right-of-way coordination
- Manage permitting and user agreements
- Serve as primary field / office contact and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and environmental teams
- Support projects from kickoff to closeout
- Identify process improvements and mentor junior staff
- 7+ years OSP Fiber experience
- Some ISP exposure
- Strong Data Center Fiber Network experience
- AutoCAD proficiency (non-negotiable)
- GIS proficiency (ArcGIS preferred)
- Field verification & construction oversight experience
- Fiber testing, troubleshooting & auditing experience
- Permitting / ROW exposure
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- OSHA certified
Willingness to travel 3540%
