Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office – HUB North America, you’ll manage multiple projects across our North American factory network.
** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead diverse project teams with clarity, purpose, and motivation
* Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple factory locations
* Serve as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders
* Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Identify and mitigate project risks, sharing lessons learned
* Support contract negotiations and claims in partnership with Legal and Supply Chain
* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
* PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy PM Certification within 2 years)
* Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex project scopes
* Experience with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and other PM tools
* Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or the North American energy sector is a plus
* Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
