Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer
We are seeking Commissioning Engineers to support major power and grid infrastructure projects across the United States. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale energy systems and play a key role in bringing critical electrical infrastructure online. Engineers will work closely with technical teams during system testing, validation, and commissioning activities on complex power system projects.
This role can align with several technical backgrounds depending on experience.

- Fault detection and protection systems
- Power system measurements and testing
Communication & Networking
- SCADA communications and industrial networks
- Data networking within power system environments
- Power electronics and converter technologies
- Control systems and power conversion
- Support commissioning and testing of electrical power systems
- Perform functional and dynamic performance testing of equipment and control systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues during system commissioning
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure systems meet operational requirements
- Participate in site-based commissioning activities across project locations
- Power systems with relay/protection experience
- SCADA, networking, or industrial IT experience
- Power electronics, controls, or automation experience
Experience with electrical power systems, HVDC environments, protection systems, MATLAB, or commissioning activities is highly valued.
Initial onboarding in Raleigh, NC (6–9 months) followed by project site assignments across the U.S.
