Electrical Engineer

We are searching for an Electrical Engineer to join our Raleigh Studio.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects.
• Assist with client engagement and management efforts; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
• Communicates and improves design processes with other team members.
• Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.
• Participates in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions.
• Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings.
• Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
• Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers.

Education and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with in healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
• Software Skills: Revit, SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis, Various lighting design software.
• Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
