How You'll Make an Impact

* Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers

* Conduct audits and evaluate manufacturing capabilities

* Lead improvement efforts in quality, cost, and delivery

* Support suppliers on engineering requirements and processes

* Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions

* Manage supplier development projects and timelines

* Build collaborative supplier relationships

* Prepare performance reports and development documentation

* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's a plus)

* 5+ years in supplier development, quality, or supply chain engineering

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

* Skilled in structured problem-solving

* Project management experience

* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
