Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee the design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and regularly engage with clients to ensure the highest standards of satisfaction.
• Handle tasks including treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, sanitary sewer system design, asset management, and permitting requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
