Senior MEP Project Manager - Science & Technology

We are hiring a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process utilities scope on a $500MM industrial manufacturing project. This is a critical, on-site leadership role with responsibility for $100M+ in MEP scope, partnering closely with executive leadership, trade partners, and the owner’s team.

As Senior MEP Project Manager, you’ll own the planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance of all MEP systems on a flagship industrial manufacturing build. This role requires deep technical fluency and the confidence to lead large scopes in fast-moving, high-risk environments.

• Full lifecycle management of $100M+ MEP scope on a $500MM project
• Oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process systems
• Leadership of MEP trade partners, engineers, and internal project teams
• Cost control, forecasting, procurement, and change management at scale
• Driving schedule coordination between MEP, structural, and architectural scopes
• Ensuring quality, safety, and commissioning readiness for complex systems
• Acting as the primary MEP point of contact for ownership and senior leadership

• Proven experience managing large-scale MEP scopes ($75M–$100M+) on industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of technically complex building systems and integration
• Comfortable operating on-site and leading from the front
• Ability to manage risk, drive decisions, and communicate clearly at all levels
• Background with GC or CM firms delivering complex, high-value projects
