Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to support the implementation, testing, and validation of advanced control and protection systems for large‑scale industrial and energy projects. Our team develops and verifies both hardware and software components to ensure reliable, high‑performance operation of complex converter and automation systems.

You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and customers to deliver customized technical solutions that meet demanding project requirements.

• Support successful project execution by ensuring reliable and high‑quality commissioning of control and protection systems.
• Conduct system integration, functional testing, and performance validation in designated test environments.
• Prepare, execute, and document testing procedures, including verification reports and technical records.
• Contribute to quality assurance, risk mitigation, and issue‑resolution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews and lessons‑learned activities.

• A degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation, or a related technical field.
• Experience in commissioning or testing of industrial systems or large‑scale technical installations (preferred).
• Familiarity with testing and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLC systems, or related engineering software.
• Knowledge of power electronics, high‑voltage systems, or automation technologies (a plus).
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel for extended on‑site assignments as required by project needs (6-9 months - per diem, company vehicle, company card included).
