How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop competitive tender strategies
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
Prepare and present offers aligned with technical and commercial standards
Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies
Conduct competitive analysis and position Hitachi Energy for success
Present project risks and strategies to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
4+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, or sales roles
Experience with Power Quality Solutions (e.g., STATCOM, SVC, Synchronous Condensers) or High Voltage Substations
International work experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
