As an experienced Project Engineer, you will work on site/civil engineering and land development projects and actively contribute to the growth of our firm.

• Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
• Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects

• Take projects from entitlements through construction, ensuring successful execution
• Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development

• Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies
• Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
• Implement complex permitting strategies to meet schedules for large‑scale developments and compact infills

• Participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and agencies
• Contribute to company growth through high‑quality projects and client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
• PE licensure required
• Experience in Washington preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
