A nationally recognized civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex site design projects across the Research Triangle (RTP). This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who enjoys managing large-scale projects, mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships while shaping growing communities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large‑scale land development projects from concept through construction
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution
• Own financial performance including budgets, contracts, and profitability
• Serve as a key client liaison and represent projects in public & community forums
• Oversee permitting, zoning, and site plan approvals
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff
• Support business development and help expand the firm’s regional footprint

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• 15+ years of land development and site design experience
• 7+ years of staff leadership and project management experience
• Strong technical background in grading, stormwater, utilities, zoning & permitting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
