Senior Civil Engineer, Stormwater - Raleigh, NC

We're recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead stormwater projects and drive the growth of a dynamic water resources practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a leadership role ideal for an experienced engineer with strong technical capabilities and a passion for sustainable stormwater solutions.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in civil or environmental engineering, an active PE license, and proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior staff.

• Advanced proficiency in CADD software (3D/4D)
• Strong knowledge of stormwater design principles and federal, state, and local regulations

• Designing and managing stormwater systems, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation projects
• Leading multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction
• Developing client relationships and supporting proposal efforts
• Preparing technical reports, cost estimates, and presentations
• Staying current on regulatory changes and emerging stormwater technologies
